ADOBE charging NEIGHBORING state sales tax to a no tax state!

Question

I've been a subscriber since 2021. Suddenly this past August, Adobe started charging me sales tax for KENNEWICK WA. I noticed this in December. I live in OREGON, and my billing info has always been OREGON. A state where there is no sales tax. In Nov I asked it to be refunded and asked why my address was set to Kennewick WA(no ansswer). Saw a bill come through today, which again, shows 8.8% sales tax. I've spent hours with adobe CS and they keep asking me to submit an exemption certificate. And also are telling me that perhaps the SAAS laws changed in OR(they haven't).

I've spent hours dealing with this issue and adobe is trying to tell me that all oregon residents deal with this? I don't think so. They made me fill out an exemption certificate and also asked me to email my ID. Not even a secure link. WHY?!?!?!? This is shady AF

I am also having the same issue. Adobe has my address set as “Washington, D.C.” (just the city, no street address).I am in Oregon, which has no sales tax. I have spent hours on the phone with Adobe and every time they tell me they’ve fixed it and I won’t be overcharged again, but every month I am. I am going to contact my state’s DOJ Consumer Protection and file a complaint.
