Adobe charging payment to wrong account

I have my monthly payment plan set to come from a credit card, which I see is still listed as my preferred payment method. Somehow, Adobe is charging through PayPal and it is coming out of a bank account.

How do I get it to take the payment from my listed account on the Adobe website? I can't find where it is set up to PayPal from Adobe's side.
