    Hi puneet_8817,

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, you have a  monthly plan to Adobe Standard which will continue till September 5, 2025. There will be deductions after that.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

is there a payment problem with your account?

if not, use a mobile phone browser and retry canceling.  if that fails, copy and paste here a screenshot of the error.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
