Adobe closed my subscription with no further announcement

I had stacked multiple Creative Cloud codes and my subscription was valid from June 2023 till Oct 2024, but guess what, a few days ago I received an email saying that my account was terminated due to ,,fraudulent activity".

I tried to contact the Adobe team, they said I need to send an email to a certain email address(

and after a few hours I received an email from the Adobe team saying that I need to wait for the answer of this team and that my subscription will be reverted: ,,I understand. However, they will revert you as soon as possible. In this case, if you have an alternate email we can help you in placing a trial order."

Fast forward to today, the agent said that my subscription will never be reverted and I can't do something about this.

If an Adobe agent says that I'll have this reverted, I'm expecting to have this remaining months reverted, but it looks like Adobe doesn't want to do this.

Where can I make an appeal or a complaint because I find this behavior unacceptable? If I'm redeeming some keys and they're valid, I'm expecting to have this subscription until the end date.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
