Adobe Creative Cloud Account issue

I have the full Adobe Creative Cloud year subscription purchased directly from Adobe.com, which doesn't come up for renewal until mid-august.  I can no longer use any of the software,  and it asks me to activate a 'trial' version.  I've logged into my account and it's not even showing my last billing period.  would appreciate a remedy.  thanks.

make sure you update your cc desktop app (file>help>check for updates).  then, if still seeing trials instead of install buttons::
