Adobe Creative Cloud for student

Question

I have a 13 year old who is interested in signing up for Creative Cloud. He thought he could sign up as a student and get the discounted monthly rate of $20.  But it rejected him.  Does the student discount only apply to college students?  Is there a way he can get a discounted rate? 
 
Also, can more than one person use an account?

Minors cannot enter into a contract.  The student rate is an annual commitment.  It's about 60% off for the first year after which it automatically renews for 40% off until you cancel. You will need to subscribe for him and provide proof of school enrollment.Individual plans cannot be shared.
