Adobe Creative Cloud Installation Problem

I'm a high school student that should be getting creative cloud for free. When I first made my account it showed that I was getting creative cloud and all the apps for free. However, there was an issue with downloading creative cloud so I deleted the creative cloud application off my desktop and went to go sign back in and download it again. When I did this, creative cloud and photoshop downloaded, but they were not opening. I tried signing out and back into my account but when I did this it now says I have to pay to download creative cloud and all the other apps even though I'm still under my school account. I still have creative cloud on my desktop but whenever I open it, it's just a blank screen.

Any suggestions?

If you're getting this service from your school, please contact the school's IT dept for assistance.  They will need to grant you access.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.
