My monthly due was paid, but my account was disabled. Saying there is a billing error. However, I was already billed, and I already paid.

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe used to show your corrected payment, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Hi kglad, thank you for this piece of advice.

This was my first option. I signed out of both the browser and desktop app. Logged back in and still having the same issue,

Juswa, thanks for posting about your difficulties managing your subscription to this public discussion forum. I can confirm the payment that was sent through today was successful. Thank you!

Please see https://adobe.ly/3UvkIcN for several steps you can take to access your active subscription.

It may take some time for the payment success to be reflected in your account. If you still see a payment error on Monday, then please reach out to us directly so the account can be reviewed. ^JW

Hi JW, thank you for confirming my payment.

I appreciate the link to the troubleshooting steps - unfortunately, they did not work.

I have some questions:
1. I live in the Philippines and do not have a landline. How can I reach the Adobe team directly for this issue?
2. Is there a way that I can just pay the remaining months of the yearly subscription so I can make sure that this does not happen again?
3. If this cannot be resolved, can you reimburse my latest payment? Allow me to cancel my subscription without the fee (since this was an error on your end)? Then, I'll apply for another yearly subscription from a different account (then opt to pay the one-year subscription instead)?

I use this for work, so I need this resolved immediately. Please. Thank you!
