Adobe Creative Cloud Student Access (Plan Unavailable)

Hello Adobe Community,

I am a currently enrolled student at Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). I was granted Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps access through the PUP–Adobe partnership program. My subscription should still be valid for one year, but recently I lost access. When I log in, it shows “Plan unavailable,” and I can no longer use the apps.

I have not received any email from Adobe or PUP informing me that my access would be discontinued. Since I am still enrolled and within the entitlement period, I would like to ask for guidance on how to restore my access. Should I contact Adobe directly, or is this something that needs to be escalated through my school’s IT office?

Any advice or steps to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks for writing in, @47453140.

I could not find any active plan associated with this email address. Did you speak with the admin for your education account?
