Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Eligibility

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am interested in purchasing the Adobe Creative Cloud Student and Teacher plan with the introductory price of US$7.99/month.

Before subscribing, I would like to confirm the eligibility and verification requirements for a teacher in Vietnam. The person who would register is currently a lower secondary school teacher at a Vietnamese secondary school.

Could you please help clarify the following questions?

1. Is a lower secondary school teacher in Vietnam eligible for the Adobe Student and Teacher plan?
2. For teacher verification, could you please confirm what types of documents are accepted? In particular, would a teacher ID card together with an official employment verification letter from the school be sufficient, or is a recent payslip mandatory? Also, do the documents need to be in English, or are Vietnamese documents accepted?
3. Can the verification documents be submitted as scanned copies or clear photos?
4. If the school does not provide an official school email address, can the teacher still verify eligibility using documents instead?
5. After the first year, will the subscription automatically renew at the standard price, and will I receive a reminder before the price changes?
6. If I cancel before the end of the 12-month annual plan, will there be any early cancellation fee?

I would appreciate your guidance so I can make sure the subscription is registered correctly and complies with Adobe’s requirements.
