Adobe Creative Cloud subscription - New computer - Cannot log in to account

Hi all,

I have a subscription to Creative cloud (Photoshop, bridge) and have a new computer. I cannot see anywhere to sign in to my account after I downloaded. It just only shows Icons for Free Trial or Buy.

What do I do?
