Adobe CS6 license missing after new graphic card installation

Question

I hv mac pro 2012. I bought it in 2013 with adobe CS6 license product. But I dont received cd or produck key for the adobe products. It is working fine up to recent. Couple of weeks ago my graphic card is not working and it was replaced. After that adobe license gone. It is asked to activate product or try with 30 day trial. I dont have any information to activate the product and the local company which I bought the machine is no more. Pl help on this.

It is possible the company did not supply a legitimate copy. It was their job, if it was supplied for you, to get you the license details. One thing to consider is the price. There weren’t fabulous cheap deals. It should have cost thousands of dollars extra for a full Creative Suite.
