Adobe CS6 - Seriennummer - maximale Anzahl

Hallo zusammen, ich habe vor etlichen Jahren die CS6 Version gekauft. Leider ist mein Laptop nun defekt und ich wollte es neu installieren. Jetzt kommt die Fehlermeldung: Die Seriennummer xxxx wird bereits von der maximalen Anzahl von 2 Computern verwendet. Sie müssen innerhalb von xx Tagen einen anderen Computer deaktivieren, um dieses Produkt verwenden zu können.

Leider kann ich das Produkt nicht mehr deaktivieren, da der PC kaputt ist. 

Über den Support habe ich keine Hilfe erhalten. Was kann ich tun?

    Thanks for your question, Marina. Kglad is correct; you must deactivate Creative Suite 6 on one of the previous computers on which it was installed. If you don't have access to the most recent installation, you should track down the one before that.

     

    You can find steps to deactivate Creative Suite 6 at https://adobe.ly/4drjEiw. The computer will need Internet access and a modern operating system to contact our servers and complete the deactivation process. ^JW

    if you don't have access to either device where the activated cs6 was installed, you cannot deactivate either device/install and therefore cannot install a 3rd time.  there's no work-around to activation.

    Danke für deine Nachricht. Der PC ist aber leider defekt, sodass ich dies nicht deaktivieren kann. Gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit?
