Adobe Customer Service not cancelling my trial

what is the solution if Adobe customer service agent (his name is "Vijay Singh") does not cancel my trial , inspite of me instructing him to do so ?

 

he keeps offering me different discounts but does not cancel my trial. what is the solution ?
