Adobe Customer Support Chat is not working

I have a big issue regarding my subscription, which I actually cancelled, but now it seems like after the trial period, they just kept the annual subscription. Since I am in a country using VPN to access my adobe, the customer support simply wont work. I cant find any adobe customer email, so I dont know how to reach anyone. Please someone from Adobe text me, provide me an E-Mail. Thank you.
