adobe customer support inspirationally bad

I am uncertain why but Adobe Customer support has gotten significantly worst every year. I used to be able to contact them and they would work with me to try and stop me from deleting my account now when I call them it is like they don't even want my money. They have zero interest in rentention and it is super obvious. So then what is the point of even having customer support if they are just rude and unhelpful?

Hmm... so you have made threats before... did you ever think that your threats have been noted with your account, and Adobe is no longer willing to 'give' you something to keep your account?
