Adobe did not let me cancel my subscription!
I started my free trial in Nov 2022, I quickly realized that my computer wasn't supported and cancelled my adobe illustrator subscription well before my 14 day trial was supposed to end. But, Adobe did not process my cancellation and is STILL charging me a monthly fee! I've reached out to their customer service, and they keep on offering me promotions to keep my subscription! I need to cancel my subscription and get a proper refund for the money that's been taken then past few months, I'm posting on here as I am desperate now and need some resolve to this ridiculous situation. I thought Adobe was better than this. I'm being charged for a program I haven't even been able to use, and I cancelled my subscription well before the trials end! When I try to cancel again now, it tells me they'll charge a cancellation fee, that's ridiculous!!
