ADOBE DOES NOT LET ME CANCEL MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION!!

I have now wasted close to an hour, trying to figure out how to cancel my existing subscription with adobe 😞  I went though this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

but do not see the "Manage Plans" option on my account. Any help would be appreciated. I am located in Singapore.

I'm on with customer service in the chat window (low right corner) and he's saying they will charge me $30 for cancelling. Unreal.

By the way, you won't be able to manage the plan if it's provided by your work, or school.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
