Hi,

I have a subscriptioin to adobe express and adobe illustrator (billed seperately). Is there I can sign up for one all inclusive payment and service?

Secondly, when i try downloan a stock image, even when signed in, it says i must buy another lisence, even though I pay for adobe monthly?

Thanks

Just to clarify, do you you have one Adobe ID and password or two separate IDs?  If using separate IDs, log-out of one account and log-in to the other to access those services.

To combine accounts, you need to contact Adobe Support.

according to the faq (Frequently asked questions about Adobe Express), adobe express is included in some single app plans and the all apps plan.  ai is definitely included in the all apps plan, but i don't see adobe express offered in my cc all plans, and i don't see any easy way to determine which single apps include adobe express.

as for your stock images, you may be trying to download something that's not included in your subscriptions, Common Questions, Adobe Stock
