Adobe Express Premium Subscription

The last time I used Adobe Express, the premium version was included in my Lightroom/Photoshop subscription. Did that change? If it did, I'll probably switch to Canva. I'm on macOS and the last time I used Express it had performance and functionality probems on both Safari and Firefox. I recall circular text being broken for quite some time.

adobe express premium is free with certain plans and certain user situations. the photography plan is not one of those plans and your situation is unclear (to me).
