Adobe Financial Burden - What are my options?

Hello Community,

 

I have been having difficulty making my payments for Adobe Photoshop. I'm in a different financial situation since I started with the Photoshop App. I've tried to cancel everytime but their policy charges you more to make up for the early cancellation cost. I have stopped using the App awhile ago since my finances got away from me. I'm trying to cancel to pay my more necessary bills and every dollar is precious. So paying the cancellation fee is huge burden as of now and to continue to pay for a subscription I don't use and desire to save to get out of this hole is so important. 

 

Has anyone had any experience with Adobe canceling your subscription due to underforseen financial  restraints?

you can discuss with adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
