Adobe fraudulent charges

Unauthorized charges were made to my account from Adobe. I called multiple times and a customer service rep found the charges and told me I would see a refund within 45 days. I called back to request the transcript of the call and suddenly no one was able to find the fraudulent transaction and refused to assist me. At this point, it seems like the fraudulent party is Adobe. I've documented every call and filed a fraud investigation with my bank.  I will be reporting Adobe to the BBB.
