Hi All,

I recently found out that Adobe has been charging me an extra €5,14 on top of the monthly subscription I have been paying "Creative cloud all apps 100 GB". This has been ongoing since July 2023. Every month they charge me 2 charges as in screenshot:

I understand the €35,57 but where is this €5,14 coming from and they have been adding it to my expense since July 2023. This is absolute cheat and crazy to even think of. There is terrible on call support from Adobe and is just a blatant cheat. Not addressing the issue and provinding terrible support!!!

Until July 2023 I was added from a different account and since then it has been the same account as the community one but these costs came out of nowhere. I was also on student discount until some time. It shows up monthly on my credit card but not on their invoices.

Has any one else had a similar experience as such and if so how may I get this sorted. To get a broader perspective, it has been 19 months since July 2023 and 19 times 5.14 = €97,66 of my money which Adobe has just taken without any context!!!

Hi Tushar,

I would recommend you to speak with our support team about this in detail as this involves merging two accounts. We may not be able to discuss this over a public forum. You can start a private chat session here: https://adobe.ly/4iZ4jrq

Apparantly it was a missed thing when I migrated from one account to another. I remember cancelling the subscriptions from old account but that never got cancelled and the old subscription remained active.

Thanks to the Adobe employee's comment, I was able to successfully have a chat with support and have a proper resolution to my issue. After understanding they managed to provide me with 12 months of refund which was really helpful. I can now peacefully use the full package of Adobe on my right account.
