Adobe has been charging me for 2 years on an account I never signed up for.

I've been disputing charges for 6 months after realizing that this was not my wifes account. I've spent over 6 hours on the phone with Adobe while they tried to find the monthly charge. I have replaced my credit card and still get charges because they automatically update the billing to the new card on an account I have no access to. I'm so fed up with this robbery.

Drexen, I am sorry that you continue to be charged for a service from Adobe that you are unable to access. I can confirm that the account you used to post to this public discussion forum does not have active subscriptions or recent transactions.

This tool worked in 30 seconds where hours of frustration on the phone did not. Please propogate this tool to your call centers, this is apparently a common issue judging by all the reddit threads about it.
