Adobe has been charging me for 2 years on an account I never signed up for.
I've been disputing charges for 6 months after realizing that this was not my wifes account. I've spent over 6 hours on the phone with Adobe while they tried to find the monthly charge. I have replaced my credit card and still get charges because they automatically update the billing to the new card on an account I have no access to. I'm so fed up with this robbery.
