Adobe has been stealing from me for a year!

I did the adobe 14 day trial and CANCELLED my account. I saw Adobe charges on my cc, but I never looked at the amount. I expected a charge for my adobe portfolio. Well, they scammed me and continued the $59/month charges for a year after I cancelled the trial!!! I had not used the account or even logged in. I have been a loyal Adobe user and championed for them to be implemented at every company I have worked for. That ends now. These is beyond deceptive and just flat out stealing.

They are closed. I emailed their "integrity" department and the FTC, not
expecting any response until after the new year. Going to try and join
their class action.

emailing adobe will fail.  again, there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I agree with you, Giovanna - their cancellation policy is thievery of the highest order. In every other subscription plan, I've been able to cancel at the end of the month without adverse charges / effects. They charge you an exorbitant rate to cancel. Adobe leadership: you should should be ashamed of yourselves for the money you steal from hard-working people just to cancel a monthly subscription. Go to hell.

@MDGA_Tim

there's no fee for canceling a monthly subscription.  however, if you commit to an annual subscription paid monthly (which is less expensive per month than a monthly subscription), then, of course, there's a penalty if you fail to uphold your obligation.

contact adobe support to discuss (especially if you have the email confirming you cancelled).

I take it you work for Adobe. There are countless people with the same issue all over theor forums. They also deceptively added a $9.99 per month photoshop plan that I never signed up for even though CC comes with Photoshop. Their billing section is hidde. They sent zero emails about the charges. Adobe is looking at a class action suit.

Oh, hey, looks like there is a class action already. The FTC is involved as well.
