Question

Adobe have taken a payment from me when I cancelled my account

I don't have a personal account with Adobe CS any longer as I use it at work and thus don't need it at home as well. However, Adobe has taken a payment from me in August and I want to get my money back -- but without an account, I can't even get through to Customer Services. This really is the shonkiest, money-grubbing company... Anyone know how I can speak to a human without an account log-in?

Seeking refund, please make sure you use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html if you are intending to cancel your Creative Cloud All app membership.  I reviewed your account, but I don't see any recent requests to cancel your active membership.  You can also use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html to review your recent interactions with Adobe.
