Adobe horrible customer service
After trying to cancel a trial and see if I could get refunded because I got charged when I tried to cancel and couldn't, this took more than five days due to us "getting disconnected". This was all via chat box. Finally after two different representatives I finally got my subscription canceled. This took over an hour to do! They would respond every 5-7 minutes later after I'd respond and they'd never get to the problem they'd just try to up sell the plan. The only reason I was able to get my subscription canceled is because I had to be rude and say that's enough. Send me a customer service link so I can rate this conversation. I sent it once and immediately got a response that they canceled my subscriptions. Then I sent it once more because this is crap someone needs to talk to this person and then they replied with you've been refunded but I never got an email verifying this. I'm assuming I probably won't. Then said once more I want a customer service link and they never sent me one. Sorry but this is terrible customer service. If someone asks for a refund or just to cancel a plan it's simple, cancel the plan. I don't need to discuss this for more than 10 minutes I have two small children. Time is one thing I don't have. Adobe I highly encourage you to figure your crap out!
