Adobe ID question

Anyone out there. I JUST set my Adobe ID up. Was there even a password required? I don't even frkn remember I've been through so much rigamaroar by now. All I want to do is access a digital copy of my book and I am asked for Adobe ID and Password, but I continually get a response that my Adobe ID and PW do not match? wtf? I just set this up. Is there some secret, magic method? Sorrry I am so frustrated, this is my first publication and I cannot get to it.
