Hi, i am having trouble accessing the apps and services that is advertised in the Adobe Illustaor Annual plan package.

If i go to "manage my account" it shows me my plan, then in another column it says "access your apps and services"

with a link saying "16+ more". when i click on it, it shows me a variety of services and apps that come with the illustraor plan, 3 for desktop, 4 for mobile, and 13 for web.

What my specific problem is, it shows me that using the web software, with various versions of Acrobat are available. However when i want to compress a PDF or a file it says i must pay to upgrade or change my plan? This is really the only feature i need Acrobat for and cannot justify paying another 200$/annually because on occasion need to compress files to a smaller size? Are the PDF Services really not including "compression" as part of its service? It feels like for a 350$/annual plan that ive already paid for should accomadate my needs for simple tasks such as that. If anyone has had similar issues or experinces, let me know.

I was just surprised that the one option not included in PDF and acrobat servies is compression files when that seems to be one of the main resources when using illustrator to be bale to send and share completed projects over email, google docs, etc, etc.

Thats my time,

Thanks.

you can't use pdf services to compress illustrator files.  use compression software
