you can't suspend any subscription services.  you can only cancel a subscription, and start a subscription.  but you can't cancel and then restart the same subscription.

further, if you have an annual subscription paid monthly and you cancel before the end of your one year commitment (or more exactly, before your 12th payment is received), there is a penalty for breaking the agreement.
