Adobe Inc is charging me $34.99 for a subscription I do not have

I have been getting charged for a subscription a do not have, I did not consent, I don’t have access, and I cant cancel. For a long time adobe has taken money directly from my account and I can’t do anything about it because I don’t have an active subscription. What I do have is a monthly charge to my account. What option do I have? Adobe has made it impossible for me to cancel. Time has gone by and they keep charging.
