Adobe is absolutely the best at being terrible.

I had to get a new credit card because adobe wouldn’t stop charging me even after multiple attempts. I finally got a new credit card and then my company decided to get all the employee an Adobe business account. Well now adobe won’t let me us all of the features because according to them, I stopped paying for the service even though it is completely covered by my company. I tried to contact someone from adobe but it was a maze of confusion, pop ups, downloads, it was ridiculous. It’s been frustrating that a company whose products I grew up using, has turned into such an ugly excuse for an organization.

contact your company’s plan administrator. they’re the ones that determine if you’re included, not adobe.
