Adobe is basically horrible

Hi,

for the past few months I have been charged to my card an "After effects" plan, the paynent necer goed trhough but they still try every month. I had two accounts both of wich I cancelled and I have no active plans on. Refgardless O am still being charged, I am denied customer service because I have no active plans but they still try to charge me. Does anyone know anything about this issue? Can anyone help me?

did you sign up for a trial and give adobe your credit card information?
