Do you have a teams account? You linked to a teams page. Or is it an individual account? The answers are different.

 

If it is an individual account, can you share a screen shot similar to what @davescm showed so we can see what you are seeing?

 

I'll also repeat what I said in a thread that got merged:

If you have an annual plan and cancel before the year is up, there is a fee for early cancellation.
