Adobe is not letting me Login even though my Subscription ends on 28th September 2024

MY SUBSCRIPTION ENDS ON 28 TH SEPTEMBER BUT ADOBE IS STILL ASKING ME TO BUY A PLAN WHEN I ALREADY HAVE A PLAN ,WHAT IS THIS NONSENSE ,WHEN I TRY TO PURCHASE IT THIS WHAT IT SHOWS ,PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME OUT

it looks like you cancelled your plan that expired sept 28th.  cancellation is immediate.

 

to start a new plan, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
