Adobe is putting out garbage products

How do you get refund for using this highly subpar product? Shame on Adobe for even releasing these products when they obviously don't work for the consumers. They've lost my business for good. No way to speak to anyone. The only resource is reading other complaints about how ridiculously bad their products have become. That's a good way to advertise your success Adobe.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

The millions of happy users do not post complaints here. It is normal that you see mostly people posting here because they have a problem. That does in no case indicate that their products are not working.

Sorry that you are one of the few unhappy customers.

I think you're missing the point, mate. You claim that the vast majority of users are happy with the products - and that may well be true. But I'm a 30+ year user of Adobe software. For the first couple of decades, their programs were absolutely bulletproof and ran quickly and smoothly 24-7. Crashes and the "beachball of death" were extremely rare occurrences. Fast forward to 2025, and 30-second wait times to move a selection 1 inch on the screen are commonplace. It seems obvious that one of the primary culprits is the Creative Clous itself. Is is incredibly bloated, buggy and slows my entire computer down to a snail's pace. I only run the CC app when I have to to update the apps or to add fonts and then I immediately shut CC down. The performanbce boost is immediate and obvious as soon as I shut it down.

adobe software has always been bloated with installation files scattered over many locations.  even proper uninstalls and using the adobe cleaner tool fails to remove everything.  that said i (and most others) don't see problems like you describe (though if you're running a mac or win 11, you're part of a larger group)..

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
