ENGLISH

I did not purchase scheduling in an Adobe photoshop subscription. Despite this, an annual plan was created spontaneously. When I want to cancel, they want 660.80 TL. It won't let me delete my card from the account either. I entered this program only for review purposes. I never used it. I am waiting for urgent solution. I want a refund of the payments made and an unconditional cancellation of the membership!

TR

Adobe photoshop üyeliğinde planlama satın almadım. Buna rağmen kendiliğinden senelik plan oluşturuldu. İptal etmek istediğimde ise 660,80 TL istiyorlar. Kartımı hesaptan silmeme de izin vermiyor. Ben bu programa yalnızca incelemek amaçlı girmiştim. Asla kullanmadım. Acil çözüm bekliyorum. Yapılan ödemelerin iadesini ve üyeliğin koşulsuzca iptal edilmesini istiyorum!

you'll need to make your case to adobe, but if you started a photoshop trial and failed to cancel the subscription that you agreed would automatically start 2 weeks later, you did purchase a subscription.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
