Adobe Keep Charging even after I cancelled a free trial!

I signed up for a free trial, cancelled the same day! I have the email confirmation

 

Still I was charged $48!!! 

 

Unbelievable scam of an app and terrible user interface. I'm tempted to get a Mac again just so I don't have to use Adobe to manage PDFs (their Preview is soooo much better and free)

    I confirm a refund has been initiated by Adobe 2 days ago. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to get processed.

    Only because I had to cancel TWICE! Apparently cancelling a free trial doesn't actually mean that

    does it show any subscriptions?

    Yes it did even though I had a confirmation email I had cancelled my free trial a week ago.

     

    I have now cancelled that subscription

    previously, you probably cancelled your acrobat subscription, but failed to cancel your ai for acrobat subscription at that time. (those are two different subscriptions)

     

    it’s more than 1 week later than the june 11 shown in your screenshot so i’m not sure what you’re showing.

     

    in any case, recheck your account to confirm everything is cancelled.
