Adobe keep taking money and I didnt sign up

They can see i never even log in or use the apps etc

adobe can see when you last signed in (i believe), but nothing else about usage.

When you took the test subscription, you agreed on having a annual subscription, if you won't cancel the subscription before the end of the 7 day trial. 

I do not know what you did exactly, but when you took the subscription, you got an e-mail frommAdobe, and if you had successfully cancelled, Adobe would have confirmed that too by a mail message. 

Not using the subscription does not get an automatic cancel. Adobe does not exactly know what your intentions are.

To solve your issue, contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
