Adobe keeps charging me money despite canceling all my plans.

I have two account and I have canceled my plans on both of them [triple checked everything]. I have also paid a fee for canceling earlier but somehow Adobe still charges me money for a plan I don't even have access to anymore. I have tried to reach actual support but the AI bot says I need to have a plan in order to talk to an agent, which only confirms that my plans are canceled. I have blocked the payments with my bank operator because they are absolutely unauthorized and I want my credit card information removed permanently from Adobe.

    I can confirm that there is no active subscription associated with this email address. Also, there hasn’t been any recent transaction requested by Adobe.

    Please confirm if there is any other email address associated with Adobe and your bank account details. You can refer to the article shared by the expert above to identify the unknown charge.
