Adobe keeps charging me money despite canceling all my plans.
I have two account and I have canceled my plans on both of them [triple checked everything]. I have also paid a fee for canceling earlier but somehow Adobe still charges me money for a plan I don't even have access to anymore. I have tried to reach actual support but the AI bot says I need to have a plan in order to talk to an agent, which only confirms that my plans are canceled. I have blocked the payments with my bank operator because they are absolutely unauthorized and I want my credit card information removed permanently from Adobe.
