Adobe Lightroom premium mobile not working

Hi everyone,

I just purchased the 7-day free trial of Adobe Lightroom, but once I return to the mobile app, I don't have access to any premium options...

Can you shed some light on this? I checked that I'm logged in with the same ID, and the plan is activated on Google Play. (I share the screenshots)

Hello, I recently purchased the Lightroom Premium subscription via Google Play, and it shows as active in my subscriptions.

However, the app still says “No previous purchases found” and won't allow me to restore my purchase.

I’ve already:

  • Cleared the cache and app data,

  • Restarted my device,

  • Reinstalled the app from the Play Store,

  • Verified that I’m signed in with the correct Google account.

Despite this, the Premium features remain unavailable. Could you please check the status of my subscription on your end and help me activate it?

Bonjour, J’ai acheté l’abonnement Premium Lightroom via Google Play, il apparaît bien dans mes abonnements.

Cependant, l’application indique “aucun achat précédent” et ne me permet pas de restaurer mon achat.

J’ai déjà vidé le cache, effacé les données, réinstallé l’app, et vérifié que je suis connecté au bon compte Google.

Pouvez-vous s’il vous plaît vérifier l’état de mon achat côté serveur et m’aider à l’activer ?
