Question

Adobe made a mistake in the billing and refuses to issue a refund.

Hello Adobe community.

I'm writing to share a very stressful situation I'm experiencing with Adobe.

This past weekend I woke up to a message that Adobe had charged me 5 times the price of my Student plan. The price I pay for the student plan is $15 USD (or 80 BRL), and Adobe arbitrarily decided to charge $80 USD, more than 5 times the original price.

When I requested a refund for this exorbitant charge, Adobe support simply refused. This is ridiculous.

I'd like to know if anyone else has ever had this bad experience with Adobe. And what to do?

PS: I've been an Adobe subscriber for years and never thought this would happen!

@Eduardo28450275su6k you’d be better off posting on the Account, Payment, & Plan | Adobe DME forum
