Adobe me cobró 34 dolares y no me dio el programa

Hoy quise comprar el Premiere Pro, entre a la pagina de Adobe por primera vez, no tenia una cuenta, pero le di a comprar el premiere pro, no me dejaba usar mi tarjeta asi que intente con Paypal, y tampoco me permitia usar paypal, Pero luego de unos minutos me llegó un correo de mi banco diciendo que adobe me cobro los 34 dolares, pero no me dio el premiere pro, me gustaria que me regresen el dinero o que me den el programa de premiere pro. Alguien sabe como puedo arreglar este problema?
Ya me puse en contacto con el banco y me han hecho saber que es problema de Adobe, no del banco.

Hi @xia_8351,

I confirm that you have an active Premiere Pro plan. Sometime, it may take a while to process the payments. Please sign out of your Creative Cloud desktop application and then sign back in.

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
