adobe me cobro de nuevo cuando me reembolso

Compré el plan de 249 para Photoshop y lo cancelé el mismo día 03/04/2025. Me hicieron un reembolso y hoy me llegó como saldo retenido en mi tarjeta. Más tarde, Adobe hizo el cobro de 249 otra vez y ya no tengo saldo retenido 04/04/2025 . No puedo hablar con un agente porque están cerrado hasta el lunes

We are here to help you. I see that you had purchased a Creative Cloud Photography plan under the same ID as with this community. The subscription was cancelled and refund was also issued. After the refund, I don't see any new charge on this account. I hope it's not the refund that you are looking as charge? Could you please share a screeshot with the charge? Please hide any personal information in that screeshot.
