ADOBE NO ME DEJA PAGAR CON NINGUNA TARJETA

no puedo suscribirme devuelta a creative cloud. cuando quiero hacer el pago sale el siguiente mensaje: "A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank." No es problema del banco porque intente con 5 tarjetas distintas

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

hola estoy con el mismo problema hace semanas que quiero comprar soy de ARGENTINA y probe con todas las tarjetas ya sea de  DEBITO, CREDITO Y CREDITO INTERNACIONAL y no me deja pagar con ninguna tarjeta que basura es ADOBE

Solo para agregar ... es uno de los motivos por el que dejé de usar Adobe. 
SON UN DESASTRE . Evidentemente no les interesa vender

He visto lo de Klarna pero yo tengo un plan en especifico el cual no quiero perder, hoy di de baja mi cuenta con la premisa de que puedo volver a comprar el mismo paquete, pero el problema de las tarjetas sigue existiendo, no he podido volver a comprar porque todas salen rechazadas, no es problema del banco, es problema del sistema de adobe, arreglenlo.

Tengo el mismo problema. He probadoo con 5 tarjetas distintas y siempre me salta un error y en mi caso incluye que el codigo postal también es erroneo.

El problema se da en que se intenta comprar con otra región que no es la de residencia, solo cambiando el pais ya se puede hacer la compra

Me está pasando exactamente lo mismo y ya me comunique con los de soporte y ninguno me ha dado alguna solución concreta 😞

Hola, ayer recién pude pagar. Me communique con atencion al cliente todos los días durante un poco más de una semana, hasta que un agente me dijo que mando mi caso a revision por otra area de atencion al cliente. Espere unos días y como no recibia respuesta volvi a comunicarme y después de hablar con 3 agents uno pudo pagar mi suscripcion desde su cuenta usando mi tarjeta de debito de arg.

hi, thanks for your reply.  I already contacted them 3 times and they keep seayin the same, that its a problem with my card but i know its not. thats why i wanted to know how lorenzo solved this problem
