Question

Adobe nonprofit account not allowing conversion or combination even though it's supposed to

So I have a non-profit account that's supposed to include combining files, exporting PDF, and conversion of PDFs. There's a screenshot that shows what subscribed. But it only allows me to export. It doesn't allow me to combine files or convert. As you can see in the secondary screenshot. So it doesn't allow you to do what it claims. How is this fixed?

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

IF your account shows an active subscription and the above fails to help:

proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

below are solutions some users reported:

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html

if that fails, change the install location

My issue is pertaining to the mobile app on android as can be seen by screenshots. Not desktop. Do suggestions do not help for this application. Thank you.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Adobe put the post wherever it wanted to put the post. I have no control over that.

1. please don't attach screenshots.  copy and paste them into replies.  that helps those of us using mobile devices on these forums.

2.  what's your adobe account show?  an active subscription without payment problem?

3.  you do control the forum where you post, but there's no reason to get sidetracked on that here.  if you want to discuss it further, post in the "using the community" forum.
