Adobe not letting me cancel subscription

So a little while back I subscribed to premire pro. When I decided to cancel the subcription it didn't show the "cancel" button, it was becuase I was having a payment error, which is fair enough. However after I fixed the payment error, and the "payment error" banner stop appearing adobe would continue to try and charge me but it would never be successful. And it is starting to feel like a scam because now I cannot cancel the subscription and adobe is about to add on to the debt that it will not let me fix. I just want to cancel this subcription and get out of this nightmare that is adobe. Any help would be apriciated.

If the information does not help, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.

Hi this is Yuhyun Karl. I think I already unsubscribed the program, but the company try to charge another subscription fee. I wanted use this program as free trial first and I feel it's hard to handle as first time user. In my opinion, I need to learn this program more before I use and the fee is little bit higher than I thaught. I want to resubscribe it when I will be ready. Please please don't charge and cancle the fee for the future subscription. I'm looking forward your response.

you need to contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
