Adobe pack

Hi, I´m a student at a graphic design school and we get payment slips from our school for the pack of all Adobe programs each year. I already paid for this school year more than a week ago and still haven´t received them. Is it a chance there might be a bug and I have to log in again, or does it just take longer for payment to go through?
