Adobe Payment Failed

Question

So I recently bought a plan on Adobes website that included Photoshop and stuff. This month the bill came but as I wasn't prepared, I couldn't pay, now I can and the website tells me to "update billing information" which I've done, but no payments are made! It just keeps telling me to update my information even tho I have the money AND my information is correct! Help! I updated my information around 20 minutes ago, do I have to wait until tomorrow for the payment to be made?

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
