Adobe Payment origin

I have received monthly charges for $62.99 (was $34.99) for a while from Adobe. Those charges should not originate from this account, as this account has a plan from my university. I want to track down the account that those charges are coming from so I can cancel it, any advice on how to do this? I tried inputting every single email I’ve ever used to no avail.

    You need to click the ‘unknown charge’ link to find out where the money is going

     

    If you do not have a charge on another account you call the fraud number for your credit card
